T6.1 Sliding Window Grilles (Left & Right)?

Hey Fellow Dubbers,
I have been looking for a UK supplier for the following item...REIMO VW T6.1 AIRvent ventilation grille. While costly, I also want to avoid a silly shipping and potentially worse import duty fee. Have either of you been able to source these from a UK supplier (presumably importing in bulk and reselling)?
