Hoping if I can get some help or recommendations from those who may have upgraded from composition media to mib3 discover media nav.

I have tried to do a bit of research on this, but still unsure.
I am told the sos module will not work properly when you upgrade.

I can see that the ocu needs to be upgrade to high level. From my existing low level.
Again unsure if this is correct.

Can anyone tell me if this is correct?

I know I will need to modify the wiring to suit the position of the headunit, separate screen and future proof the cluster with a harness to upgrade to digi dash eventually.

Anyone have recommendations for outfits they have used to carry out the coding and programming?

Thanks Dan

I've not upgraded, but have been thinking about it and have done a bit of research.

Regarding the SOS module, you are correct in that it needs upgrading from startline to highline.
It also needs flashing so the van accepts it. This can be done, but not by many people.

HTH.

Making a start with the retrofit.

Just getting some of the new wiring required in place

It's my own loom. I had some left over ethernet cable from my previous caddy 5 so this is what I am using for future digital dash retrofit.
