MIB3 Retrofit and WeConnect

My van has been upgraded from the Composition 6.5" media unit to Discover Pro (along with relevant SOS module etc). It all works great but WeConnect no longer works. I've been told it's not possible but wondering if anyone can confirm? It's not really that important but the tracking function was handy.

Hello, could you explain the procedure for changing the OCU? Do you still have an active emergency call? Is the module new or used? I've installed MIB3, but I don't have a GPS signal because I have a low OCU.

Hi, I don't think it's possible to have Car-Net because your vehicle doesn't have these factory services contracted. Could you explain the procedure for changing OCU? Do you still have an active emergency call? Is the module new or secondhand? I've installed MIB3 but I don't have a GPS signal because I have low OCU?

Thanks. Yep the SOS was replaced at the same time and is working correctly. I don't know the process specifically, it was done by a retrofit company

I installed MIB3, and the only thing missing is the GPS signal from the SOS module. I found a used one for the T6.1 for €100. I'll see if I just need to replace it with another one to get a GPS signal. I think a new SOS module costs between €800 and €900.
