T6.1 drivers door roller hinge mechanism

Hi Guys - the roller on my drivers door has seized, I’ve removed the cover cap and it’s rusty inside, WD40 didn’t make a difference. Surprised that’s this has happened on a 2021 van! Can you buy a replacement roller. Thanks Rob

Penetrating oil, slip jaw pliers and some rag to protect it, no need to replace.
Put some grease on the roller not the plate, spray grease maybe convenient but too thin to stay where you need it.

Yeah ours seized up , did exactly what DXX says above and it's been all good for approx 8 years since
