Hello - I have a 2015 T5.1 that I’ve owned for 4years. It came with running boards and unfortunately I damaged the near side one. Removing it was fairly easy but the aluminium edge trim strip is damaged.
The boards are fitted to what looks like a complete H frame that’s fitted to the underside of the body with three mounting bars that stick out from the body that the boards bolt onto.
It’s very robust and a serious mounting, has anyone seen this before as I cannot see any running boards that fit to that type of fitted frame under the body.?
Any advice welcome.
