T5.1 Factory Kombi Highline T30 - Twin Slider & Tailgate! Twin captain seats and 2+1 rear
2.0 TDI 6 speed, owned approx 6 years.
Fantastic spec inc aircon, front & rear parking sensors and heated seats. Felt like an uber rare spec when I found and bought it from Rising Sun Campers over 6 years ago.
Booked in for fresh MOT and service next Friday.
The following upgrades professionally fitted in my ownership:
-Bilstein B14 Komfort coilovers Inc full geometry setup - can go lower or higher
-Fully insulated/soundproofed/carpeted, alcantara roof lining including in the cab
-Leisure Battery and LED’s in roof and tailgate
-VanShade blinds on the side and rear window
-Transporter HQ Headlights F/R
-Pendle remap 175bhp and 39mpg on a run
-Fiamma Wind Out Awning
-18" Sportline alloys (Michelin Cross Climate 2s on the front(
-Sportline style front bumper and rear spoiler
-Tow Bar and electrics (used for Thule bike carrier)
-Leighton vans Roof rails and side bars
Mileage now approx 133.5k.
2 Captain Seats & 2+1 rear
Excellent service history - 14 stamps, last cambelt and waterpump change at 124k, last full service at 132k (all filters) Mar-25, just serviced and MOT'd in Frb-26. Recent tracking and wheel balance. Paintwork is commensurate with age.
Other recent maintenance: Rear wheel bearing and ABS sensor, Disk and Pads all-round at 129k, Aux Belt 126k, minor surface rust on door sills professional repaired (new covers still to go on them) and where one of the sliding door wheels damaged the metal runner (due to crud).
Besides snapping an aux belt this has been totally reliable!
A ridiculous amount of paperwork, 2 keys and stamped service book.
Negatives
One of the daylight running lights isn't working on the headlight, but have the replacement bits from Transporter HQ to fix. Cruise control has never worked in 5th or 6th gear, but I never use it anyway...
Pictured rear bed to be removed.
Chesterfield based.
Reduced substantially to £15700 die to new T6.1.
Will try and get better pics.
