There are 3 step heights. That looks like a standard step. there is then a 'Kombi' height step, and the highest is a caravelle height step. Most conversions use the Kombi height.
This is the one I have bought and it leaves a gap at the bottom...Extra deep / kombi step:

12mm Ply and 2mm Flooring on top. This would put it in the 14mm Flooring category I'm assuming in the description....
Doesn't make sense does it. Maybe they sent the wrong one. Have you measured it or contacted them.
We had arranged a return on it, then I started this thread to try and work out which one to order next.
The lip at the top lines up perfectly and the distance from the top down to the first pop fittings is perfect. But then theres this gap between the bottom.
Hi, According to what I found out the caravelle step is deeper and may work better. I haven't been able to try one just what I have read. What I ending up doing seeing as I missed the return window for sending this back was to cut some parts out of the new step. There was some blocks on the underside that seemed to foul the van. I have since after some surgery managed to get the step to sit a bit better. Its not perfect but its a damn sight better than no step at all.
