Suspected Broken Swivel

when I bought my van it had both driver and passenger swivels fitted - I think Kirvans ones - when I sat on the drivers seat earlier I heard a loud click and now the drivers seat rocks backwards and forwards. Is the swivel kaput? I’m guessing they are non-serviceable...any tips or best to remove?

Does anyone have any steps which show how to remove - will probabaly have a go myself.

Sorry dumb question but what do you mean? In the round swivel bit or something else?

make sure the swivel is firmly bolted down and the seat is firmly bolted to the swivel

Everything seems bolted and when I Rock the seat it appears to be pivoting around the circular bit in the middle of the swivel. Will try and get the seat off at the weekend.
