I have been upgrading my radio setup in my VW 2023 T6.1 with some new gladen front speakers and tweeters with no problem but I have now decided to add a sub under the passenger seat this is where I might need a little help from somebody
I have installed the speaker under the seat and I am looking at connecting the plug and play harness up the right one for the van can you tell me for the connections from the supplied amp to the radio can I just remove the radio and unplug and plug my amp in to with no lock screen for the display of the Discovery radio in or will the radio lock out and need reseting using a code or am i better removing the neutral terminal from the battery before I start
Also the live supply to the amp wiring harness would you go to the battery positive terminals in engine bay or would a ignition switched supply be better if so where from in the van thanks in advance
