Guys, on my vw transporter t6 1 2020 the radio steering wheel volume controls are suddenly not working however the buttons are working for cruise control, any suggestions? Also during calls I cannot change the volume on the steering wheel?
Originally the radio was not functioning but I could still control call volume levels, then that disappeared too?
It seems like the infotainment system is not communicating with the steering wheel.
I can change radio channels etc by accessing the Audio/driving assist/ button.
