SPOTTED - 'Was it you?' thread

He is. There was no EHU, it was a rugby pitch / temporary campsite for a festival.

They had uncoiled the cable all round the trailer so it wasn't bunched up.
Do this all the time when camping, I charge my ID3 GTX for free at work then go off with a tent somewhere for the weekend or whatever, for very little cost compared to if I use the van. I prefer using the van, but if it’s just the 2 of us the ID3 and a tent is perfect and it means we can do it every week if we wanted.

Rear seats move forward and back manually , clip into the floor using the standard combi mounts , the front are all electric , up, down back and for . the back of the seat reclines electrically too . Heater all work . My Happy place
The steering wheel heater was expensive but a lovely addition . The paddles added for the gear box obviously
Can I be so bold as to ask what's involved and costs to retrofit the heated Steering wheel

I'm gonna ask the gaffer if he'll fill my tank for free so I can go away on my days off and see what he says .....🤔
Up to the £16-£22* quid (depends on battery size) it costs to ‘fill’ an ID3. Still a nice bonus though.

*The EV charge maybe cheaper for businesses? That was based on average household electricity pricing.

Edit: In fact on smart EV tariffs it’s apparently £3-5 ish to ‘fill’.

The August one wasnt announced until late July. I think thats why they put two events on one night. Honestly I got there and there was no space for vans, just full of cars. Usually on a vanlife meet, you pull up and there's a space dedicated for you around the front of the building. Everyone was moaning at how poorly organised the August one was
