I love watching sport on TV but only have normal digital viewing. So no football, no boxing, no rugby. Everything is going to sky , by sport, pay per view. This must be killing sports viewing as a nation. I no longer know who plays for each premiership side, don't know the boxers in each division. I watch the occasional England football match on TV and think who are those players, where did they come from.
Sport should have a national following be available for all to follow. The last world cup I bet most of England had never heard about any of the players before the games. Chris eubank, everyone knows him.!

Totally agree, problem is the couple of million who pay for sky raise a lot more money than the millions who choose terrestrial TV, thus money talks. A real shame though as I too used to love watching the boxing, now they have the cheek to have ITV pay per view for nobody's!

Lewis Hamilton just won't world championship again. No one knows not on normal tv.
