I have found one now.
There is a campsite at the end of Southsea sea front.
If you are coming in from Portsmouth and the sea is facing you, you turn left as the VW show will be on Southsea Common which will be immediately on your right hand side.
Follow the road along keeping the sea on your right, keep right on until you get to the end and the road starts to turn round to the left, immediately on your right are public toilets and an indoor swimming pool.
Go just past this and take the first right and the campsite is just as you go in.
Unless it has been closed, which I can't tell you as I haven't been there for a while, also I don't know the name of it, sorry.
That's the one I'm booked in at.
