Soundproofing

Does anyone have any advice please on effective soundproofing whilst keeping weight down as much as possible?

And is it much worth once the roof is up anyway?

A lot of your questions have been answered many a times and In many ways. Make your self a cuppa and have a read thru the search function you will more than likely find all your answers there

What @Chippie1 said. Have a good dig through some of the sub-forums and you'll likely find your answers.

BTW. you said in other posts that your van is already converted. Soundproofing is one of the very first steps that should be done at the start of a conversion. Taking everything out to do it now will be a massive ball ache.
