Yes I would hope so!! If not the installer should be able to check the panel for voltage - I would still do it myself for peace of mind before going back to the installer though

So would I, the point I was making was maybe the company disconnected the panel to test it, it’s knackered and they didn’t reconnect it, a meter across the terminals and sunny day should confirm
