Smev 9722 sink/hob fitting

Quick question on fitting sink, hob

How do these sinks/hobs fix into the worktop cutout
Do you just silicone/ bond it down or are they somehow screwed in. Can’t see any fixing's ?

Mine came with screw fixings and the furniture came with fixing blocks that it screws into

They screw down into the worktop.

The screes are hidden under the black rubber bungs

There are from memory 6 screws that are held in little cups. The cups sit in holes on the top surface of the hob and then screw into the worktop underneath. Once secured there is a small rubber bung that fits in each cup. The parts are like this -

Ah ok, I’ve got the screws etc just assumed the rubbers were just bump stops for the glass lids. I’ll take a look under them. Thanks

Had a look and nothing under them but fresh air. Looks like no other option but to be stuck down I guess

The rubbers are also bump stops

I would also put a tiny drop of silicone when fitting the black Cover rubbers, they can sometimes get removed and fall down plug hole… when wiping down the hob/sink
