Recessed/Hidden Sink - Where from?

Hi all,
I want a clean look worktop in my camper build. I'll have a top loading fridge so the worktop cutout will sit on top of the lid (looking clean/flush).

But, I'm a bit confused on the sink. Does it just sit on the unit/carcass and then you place the worktop over it? Kinda like below example (but just sink)


I cant seem to see a black sink which has a folding tap online so any suggestions or links would be great thank you!
