Sliding door weirdness!

Got some strange issues with the van all of a sudden. The sliding door doesn't lock/unlock, the indiocators don't flash when the van is locked and the inyterior lights don't go out when the van is locked oh and the door locking switch on the driver's door armrest only unlocks.
No indicator light on dash indicating a door is open and I've cleaned the sliding door contacts.

If you become a VIP member you can get access to wiring diagrams. It’s sounds like there is an issue with your door contact. A wiring diagram should tell you which contact to short to try and identify if the fault is in the door or the van

Just an hint, as I can remember.
I had some similar behavior when the tailgate didn't close perfectly.
No messages or sounds on the dashboard .

Thanks for that but I am at a loss as to why there aren't any warnings on the dash!

Apologies, just been having another look at it and there is a red symbol showing a door open!!

On the B post, use your key and short terminal 3 and 4 to see if the door symbol changes on the dash.

All sorted, it was the door connector that needed adjusting as the pins weren't making contact! At least now I don't have to remove half the dash to get at the fuse, whoever thought that was a good idea putting the fuses there needs their head looking at!!

Those heads were looked at and found to be empty!
