Slider power-latch - not closing tight

Hi all. Just recently the power latch on the sliding door isn’t pulling the door snug tight like it used to. It does close but no longer pulls the last 5mm or so. You can see the gap outside when it’s closed.

I took the latch out and everything seems tight.

Is there something else I can adjust/tighten ?

How did you resolve the issue?

I took the motor apart and found that the plastic gears inside had broken up. I couldn’t find just the gears so I had to buy a new motor.
