Shunt SOC wrong

So I have setup my solar and shunt and I think it is all wired up correctly but for some reason when I have altered my SOC in the shunt setting it keeps resetting to 100% when it obviously isn't. Any thoughts. Pics of setup:

you need to change the smart shunt settings to Lithium. and change these.

your 13.2v is triggering the shut to reset to 100% (14.0 - 14.4v would be fully charged)
