I’m seriously considering getting a set of 18” Calibre Five wheel for my T32 camper, it’s currently running the stock Devonports.

The van is white, I’m not a huge fan of black wheels on any vehicle, it tends to hide the, and they’re always dirty, I’ll be going for the silver / anthracite.

I’ll probable wrap them in Continental PremiumContact 255/45/18 103 XL to keep the rolling radius as close as I can to the underslung spare I carry as it’s a 4Motion & DSG.
Though I may swap the 17” spare for an Amarok 18” steel for peace of mind.

It's probably sat a bit high now - was previously on some 20" calibres which I was just crashing around on. Either the drop to 18s or the better tyres - its a far better ride.

I like the matt black look more than I thought as you can still see the wheel, where as I think some gloss ones you can't.

I love a 5 spoke 😎 , what offsets you thinking ?
I'm thinking 19's are a compromise between comfort and looks .

Agree - tho I couldn't find anything I liked in 19 . So settled with the 18s. No regrets so far.... ride height to be reviewed.

They sit really nice
They are ET40, are you running any spacers?
What tyre size have you fitted?

I also think 19" would be perfect, even if I could find a 19" wheel that I liked, the problem is tyre choice with 103 load ratings as its a T32, there are come cheap tyres that fi the bill, but I will never fit a cheap tyre, they're the only think keeping you alive.

Same tyres as I'll be running.
They fit just perfect!

Do the front poke out side of the arch lip at all?

Phwoahh… that’s absolutely bang on!!
The rears will probably take a 10mm spacer to achieve the same fitment.

Thanks for taking the time to take photos for me, very much appreciated.

Now I just need to workout how to get the through the business…

I've not found they show dirt either. So zero regrets from me on buying. Shout if you need anything further.

Much appreciated @MW22

@JumpShip
I’ll be going for 18” wheels, the van is only used for long haul caravan trips and will be for the foreseeable future too, so I’m looking for comfort overall.

I’ve been busy playing with will they fit, the fitment is perfect!
There’s 2mm difference in circumference, new wheels being 2mm smaller, very little change to speedo read out

This thread is really helpful. Is your van on standard suspension? The offset looks great, wonder if it would pass an MOT? Looks like it should from the pictures though

Mine - no its on KONI shocks and I think lowered 40mm from CRS (nothing dramatic). Prob would look better dropped a bit more now - was previously on 20s which filled the arches more. But tbh, Im happy with the comfort enough that probably over rides the needs to tweak the aesthetics.

Why would it not pass MOT? Genuine question.....

Sounds good. I've got a similar view on suspension, prefer a mild drop for comfort but some of the low vans do look good.

I believe it could fail if the tyres stick out past the widest part of the body/arch. But more knowledgeable people may know better than me

They are definitely less "sticky out" than the 20" I-CC Calibres that were on it before. These seem much more inline.
