Sherwood Campers - Sticking cupboard drawers

Hi, Has anybody have a camper van conversion by Sherwood Campers and experinced sticking cupboard drawers? To release the drawer you have to first push the drawer in and then the drawer springs out. After nearly 3 years of ownership some of the drawers are difficult to open and I was open to ideas on how to resolve this.

How are the runners lubricated?

Perhaps cleaning the runners followed by a gentle dab of light oil would rejuvenate them and bring them back to how they should be.

Try unwinding the spring loaded plunger a couple of turns.
