I changed the aircon controller unit to fit heated seats (I will do full post on this) and completed some other works just prior to a 2 week drive around Andorra and Spain (21:45 finish, 01:30 finishing packing, 06:00 leave!)
My rear heater/blower unit now doesn’t function. VW call it secondary air heater.
This is not the AUX heater.
So I have button illumination with 12v supply to the control panel fitted in roof panel but no functional or control.
Is there any VCDS coding required in HVAC?
I can’t see anything obvious.
Will check connections in seat boxes next and check if 12v being supplied to rear unit.
