Do lr Defender sawtooth alloys fit a t6? I seem to have read some where that lr wheels fit t6's. Thank you to anyone in the know.

Nope.
90/110/Defender wheels are 5x165 pcd and usually have offsets between ET0 and ET33. Offsets that low would rule out adaptors.
Range Rover P38A/L322/L405 and Discovery 2/3/4/5 all use 5x120 so are a possibility but have a unique shoulder bolt so you'll need bolts, spigot rings and maybe spacers too as the offsets are often high (ET53 etc).
