Safe lock vehicle wallet

We’ve just picked up a 2023 T30. It won’t start after stopping and the Safe lock vehicle wallet error is being displayed on dash board and van won’t start. Help!

I had this problem a day or so ago on a loan van while mine was serviced. Battery was low and wouldn’t turn over on start. Flashed up a few warnings

Thanks. Turns out battery was shot and needed replacing. New to this type of vehicle so all a learning curve!
