Rust t6.1 2023

Looking at purchasing a t6.1 a notice a little bit of rust. Vehicle drives fine and is lovely 10k miles on the clock and is 2023 plate. Is this level of rust acceptable any concerns?

None of it looks remotely unusual.

These things have less anti corrosion treatment than the average car, simply because vans typically don't last as long time-wise as cars so why spend the dollar?

Its not at all serious, and very easy to address for the long term if you wanted to.

Surface rust. Nothing to be worried about.

I’d be more worried about those exposed / loose / detached wires hanging down!
