Roof GPS with Poptop

Recently had a storm poptop fitted, and the GPS box is rubbing against the pop top, has already removed some paint. I've put a strip of black protective tape, but is there anything I can do about it? Conversion company says they can't remove those boxes, and this is normal?

Some poptops cutouts are closer to the windscreen so the antenna is removed and relocated elsewhere.

Looks like the Storm design cuts the opening further back, which retains the aerial? Tape sounds like a sensible fix.

Yeah it's further back so it can be kept I guess. I've read about issues with relocating them on here as well.

I think the tape will be fine, just annoying that it's designed that way and it's brand new!
