Quick question folks.
I have a t6 with roof bars and no pop top.
If i fix a driveaway awning to my roofbars via velcro etc. Do they tend to leak water over the open sliding door area.
I dont really want to fit a reimo multirail if its not needed. I only need a small awning for occasional use.

Could tie them or find something that will hook over or clip like carabinier. Could even use suction cups as used on for lifting plate glass or magnetic cups to go directly on to the mettle work.

Yeah, I've seen the fitting options available thsnks. What i really want to know is will water get between the rails and side door if i fix to the roof bars. Im really after speaking with someone who has actually used this method and can advise me.

I should imagine if the wind is blowing from the other side of the vehicle then that would be likely if coming strait down no wind or coming from the direction of the canopy then should be fine but I really do not know.

Just buy a cheap tarp and try it if all is good buy a better tarp.
