Really very good! Wasn't 100% certain on which (from a choice of 2) colour wheels I should go for and which tyres. Rather than order online and think I knew best, I called down today, without an appointment. They couldn't be more helpful. Really busy as their Valentine's Day 14% off promotion was on but still had time to bring the wheel choices out to my van for me to decide. Also took their advice on the tyres. Rather than go for my original thought of BFG All Terrains (or Trail Terrains, I couldn't decide which!), I ended up going for General Grabber AT3's. The differences were all explained to me with no pressure at all.
I had asked via email about calling in today and if I wanted could I have the new set of wheels fitted to my van? Unfortunately there were no appointments left so I said I'd consider and be in touch. Deciding to visit anyway as I'm not a million miles away and when I'd made my choices, I was offered the option of either buying and taking away or did I want them fitted, albeit with possibly a wait of an hour. I needed to get on so declined the fitment. Turned out the Grabber AT3s made the cost even more attractive and along with the 14% event discount, I left a very happy fella! Going to give them a coat of GTechniq C5 inside and out tomorrow whilst it's nice and get them fitted. Very excited!
