Rib V Rock n Roll bed?

Hi all newbie here.

I have a partially converted T5 and can't decide to install either a full width rock n roll or Rib?

Is the Rib worth the extra 1k?

Currently I have a fixed bed with a domestic mattress so comfort is key along with safety.

Regards
Darren

I understand from looking at both, the RIB offers a more comfortable, shaped rear seat, for sitting on, and then a flat bed to sleep on. The R&R has a flat bed and flat seat which stowed away. The R&R has the A shape middle and head end when stowed, which I personally feel used space inside the A which you can't access. The Rib has a rear 'parcel shelf' when the seat is up (stowed), which can be flat for a shelf or folder up to access the whole space behind the seat. The Rib also offers an elevated, head end which allows you to sit more upright when 'lying' in bed. The Rib also allows you to access the space under the seat, from above, for dropping in bags etc.

I'd suggest you look at videos of both beds operation online. Also try out both types to lay on, so you know which you prefer to sleep on.
