Offset Rib swivel for drivers side, changed our use slightly so no longer needed. Been in our camper for around 5k so pretty limited use. All in same order as when bought new

Hi I would like to purchase please.
Does it come with the fixing bolts and instructions ?.
I intend to fit it to my camper king swb 2017 t6 with a single swivel pass seat already done .
Hopefully this should fit the drivers seat and due to the offset allow the seat to partially swivel round.
Does it also clear the hand brake without fouling ?.
