Have taken this out of my van due to not being used - the van is but the swivel plate has been used about 12 times in 18 months.

Not once I had added some more grease to the bobbins.

I'll 2nd that. I had RIB and neither of them squeeked or creaked. Horror stories about other brands it seems.
