I recently bought a 2013 Transporter shuttle with an automatic DSG transmission. There’s a slight error on the dash, which is the reverse light. I thought it would be a cheap fix to just replace the bulb. However, after visiting the mechanic, he confirmed that it’s not the bulb. He suggested that it could be an issue with the gear or the BCM, as the automatic gear transporter doesn’t have a reverse switch. He also suggested that I visit a car electrician or a DSG expert.
Anyone had this issue before? Any idea how to fix it?
