I was in VW today and mentioned I haven’t been able to link my VW connect app as the head unit doesn’t work with the code I input from the app. And he mentioned resetting the head unit and needing both keys to do it, does anyone know what he’s on about?
It’s booked in for the SOS module battery change and sorting out a heated wing mirror that doesn’t heat, plus a dodgy USB-C in June, so I can just ask him then, but if it’s something easy I could try at home myself, I will.
