Replacing front bumper cover with black commercial style. HELP

From what I can see and what I did t realise is that I have to remove this inner plastic structure and clip it onto my replacement part.

How do I did this when it’s plastic welded on?

It’s ok, they pulled out quite easy.
However, what I don’t have is anything to weld them back to the new bumper

Not sure if this will be any help but this is the backside of my Startline selfcolour plastic front bumper. There is a plastic piece also on the chassis this clips into.

Cheers, same as mine, I’ve transferred all the bits on to the rear of my new bumper cover, I just need to figure out how to hot weld the lugs. Might just use a heated up screwdriver.

I used a product call mitre bond that I use at work for sticking pretty much anything together. Its a glue and spray activator. Sets quick and hard.
