Recommendations for new wheels

I've got a 17 reg t6 kombi (t32) in cherry red. Currently have factory devonports on. All 4 tyres are overdue to be replaced. I'd like a nice set of alloys, but always seem costly, however I figure if I'm going to replace them at any point then now's the time if I need 4 tyres.. so what I'm looking for is something a little nicer than the factory wheels, don't want to go crazy massive, so thinking 18 or 19s, what affordable options are there out there?

Budget isn't huge as I've got other things to spend my cash on. What are the pros/cons of 18s Vs 19s? Recommended tyre widths?
