Rear view mirror fell off

Hi All , amongst loads of other problems with my t6 the rear view mirror fell off today. Just wanted some advice as to what to stick it back on with. There is what looks like a sensor in the centre that had a clear sealant over and maybe another type of glue around the edges.

I‘ve used Loctite 406 in the past, works as long as the surfaces are clean.

It wasn’t on a car with a sensor.
It’s a very thin smear of adhesive, if you want re-assurance give a windscreen replacement business a call.

It appears I need a complete new windscreen , seems a little overkill.

So I managed to stick it back on in the end , I replaced the little silicon sensor (£10 from eBay) scraped/cleaned the original glue off , cleaned all the areas with alcohol wipe and used a fine bead of black ct1 and some tape to hold it in place. Fixed everything back on yesterday and all seems solid and works fine.
I’ll update if it comes loose, but really happy for now !
