Rear interior light won't turn off

Just had a T6 to replace my T5 with 6 rear ceiling spots. I don't know if these are standard or retro fit. A small switch shown in the photo turns the front 2 and rear 2 on/off. The middle 2 come on and stay on when entering the van. They don't go off after a delay and don't seem to be affected by the front courtesy light switch. Not sure why they wont turn off on or shortly after door closure? Could it be a sticky switch on the rear tailgate or side door and if so where are they located? Any other reason? Cheers

If it triggered by door you would see an open door shown on dash display

Then not sure how to answer, those lights and associated wiring have been installed by whoever fitted out the van so could be using the original interior lighting circuit or could be a whole new circuit powered from somewhere else ?

Is there a switch near the seats somewhere so that panel can be turned on whilst seated.

Also, they aren't the 'tap the frame' to on/off ones are they?

As above have they put a spectate isolator switch in to turn them on/off individually? We isolate our interior lights

Can't find anything. Got excited when I found a switch on drivers pillar but that turned out to be alarm disable function if you remain in the van but want to lock it eg overnight.

Cannot find anything other then the switch in the headlining that turns front and rear 2 off but not middle. I think these must have a door sensor connection that is independent of sowing the door as open that is not releasing.
