RAC T6 rear floor bolts.

Hi everyone im just about to sound deaden the rear of my van and I notice there are 6 bolts 3 down either side of the van I never noticed these before on other Transporters I have sound deadend
would anyone happen to know what they are? and could I remove them? as they stick up a bit.

These are the lashing points for the floor. There's 2 different types but both look similar. One has 2 fixings per lashing and the other just 1.
