Lots of the supplying companies have how to videos. I’ve never done any but tips that stuck in my mind...
V notch the PU nozzle to give a consistent bead of adhesive.
If fitting a false window on the rear quarter leave a gap in the adhesive at the bottom to allow for ventilation / air expansion. Obviously dont cut out the steel panel if a false window!

Transporter HQ have kits on their website. They contain the primer and adhesive
