Propex gasstore tank problem

Fitted my gas tank this weekend.
Went to fill up the tank to do a leak test. No leak

Filled up fully - now the solenoid isn't opening when i turn the tank on.
Gauge shows fully filled up. Fuses in the connector not blown

Can anyone help please??

Assuming the solenoid valve is the correct specification and correctly installed.
1. Check the voltage at the solenoid coil.
2. Check the solenoid coil resistance, make sure it is not open circuit (burnt out)

Its brand new just fitted. Came all made up so should be all ok

Should be but brand new doesn’t always mean it’s operable.
If it’s under warranty go back to the installer.

Good news, make sure it’s reliable because intermittent ON is also intermittent OFF, not great when you really need to isolate the gas.
