Propex 2000 LPG gas heater service and refill Bristol?

Hi Guys hoping you can help!
I have a Propex 2000 lpg gas heater with the underslung bottle in my T6 TSi.

It's running low so firstly need somewhere I can get it filled up.

Secondly it is flashing red which I think means its in Gas lockout mode which might be because the gas is too low (the heater doesn't come on)
So ideally somewhere that could check it over/service it?

I'm based in Bristol and Google hasn't turned up anything obvious

Can't help with where to refill your tank, but you don't need a service engineer to resolve the lockout - you can easily do it yourself.

I can't recall the exact procedure, but it's described in a video on the Propex website and it takes just a few seconds to achieve.

Going to have to call them myself too. Turn the dial to get it going and… nothing no. No LED. Checked all my fuses and they all test for continuity. No signs of any damage on any wiring. Everything else electrical works and we have plenty of gas.
