in case of replacement of the bcm 09 should the remote controls be reprogrammed?

Yes the keys will need to be relearned, it can be done via adaption channel with VCDS

Step 1
Module 09 adaption channel 0
Set to 0 then test & save - this will clear any existing key programming

Step 2
Module 09 adaption channel 1
Set it to 0 then test & save, press unlock on the keyfob, hazards will flash to confirm key is learnt
Repeat step 2 for each keyfob

For future reference i should point out that step 1 is not necessary if you are simply adding a keyfob to an existing vehicle/bcm otherwise you will have to reprogram ALL keyfobs unnecessarily
