What a service and what awesome guys,

Today have had a heated windscreen wired in OH Caravelle exec, puddle lights and a particular issue found and resolved, (something vw looked at and missed and booked 4 hours to remedy)

Watching these guys work was fantastic, paying so much attention to detail, covering paintwork against possible damage, taking time to do it perfectly

Anything I need doing in future will be done here, exceptional service and acceptable pricing

And an endless supply of coffee and tea

Also, if you are going to use VW Navigation, please make sure its actually taking you to Higham on the Hill not to the village next to, there is also an Industrial Estate on Station road there and there is also unit 8 there. We are in Higham on The Hill

I've had a couple of jobs done there. All to a very high standard. All, while you wait jobs though. Reception / Waiting room can be a tad chilly at this time of year !!

very professional, very prompt (and even honoured an old price even though it meant they were out of pocket/made no money)

Had my OEM side windows fitted there in 2020.

Made a mess of installing them the first time, swarf in the van, scratches where the internal panel rivets were removed (drill slipped), black paint specs on the body and windows, cut edge of body was not covered in a rubber strip but worse of all they were installed about half an inch off the body and not even square.
When questioned he was honest and said that he had never installed a set of OEM windows before which I was a bit annoyed about seeing as he advertised the service on his website. You don't use a customer vehicle to learn your craft as far as I am concerned.

In fairness he did offer to rectify it which meant a 3rd trip but moaned about being out of pocket as the job had taken longer than first thought...think he charged me over £1400 but offered to give me a discount on future work. Needless to say I wouldn't go back.

The OS is still not right as I believe he installed the wrong glass, so it has door glass not panel so the curve is not quite right but I gave up and fixed it myself in the end.

Only job that I did not do on my van, apart from the HiLo roof and both were terrible experiences due to 'professionals' not knowing what they are doing so wish I had just tackled it myself.

Maybe he has learnt/ improved since and he did have the decency to try and fix it but I wouldn't recommend him for the same job.
