Problem With Uploading Files?

Just trying to create a new thread but I'm getting no response to the 'upload a file' button?

Is there a current issue?

Just tried it again after a complete shut down, plug out and reboot - still can't upload file.
The 'Upload a file' button is doing nothing.

Try clearing your browser cache of downloaded files etc. (but not cookies or passwords)

What device/browser are you using ?

Guys - sorted it.
Clearing the cache on its own didn't work.
But logged out and back in and now all good.
For info I'm using Safari 11.0.3
