Potential newbie seeking advice - T6 100K +

I’m on the verge of pulling the trigger on a 2019 T6 102ps this Sunday. It’s a panel van that’ll be used for my work, which involves 10 sometimes 20 miles per day so not a lot of long driving. It’s on 106k and has had the flywheel, clutch & Cambelt + water pump all within the last year. Two owners and full vw history which shows between 15-20k per service. It’s clearly been looked after just from looking at it but I know any vehicle can be a gamble. I’m taking it for a test drive on Sunday morning, is there anything I should look out/listen for? Also, I understand that most of my commutes are not long enough to activate DPF, is there a rough interval for which dpf should aimed to be activated, every 2 weeks for example? Hope this makes sense. Thanks

Also check service history.
Check underneath for leaks and /or stains and under bonnet for same.
Take it down a dirt track listening for knocks.
Check aircon/heater/windows/buttons/radio (screen especially) etc.
Reverse up a hill (checking for DMF/clutch judder)
Just to start with like. 😊

We had Ford vans at work, city centre stuff, round and round a square couple of miles, endless stop start, just dreadful for anything automotive.
Yes - DPF light came on, but 15 minutes running fairly flat out north and again south on the city bypass in the wee small hours cleared the pipes and reset the light and eradicated the fault.

Personally - I've had two VAG cars, an A4 and an Octavia, both of which went well over 200k miles without too many issues. Ignore the variable servicing and change the oil regularly.
