Please help - major coolant loss

My 2018 petrol T6 has 45k. On Friday a warning light came on for the coolant. Got to work and figured I'd check later how low it was. Erm not good. Coolant was empty...nipped to get more coolant and filled up, sat with engine running for 5 mins and checked underneath and its dripping out. Limped home and could see that the coolant was gonna be empty again. I can't see a hose doing this, pic attached. Help please

There's a housing on the front of the block thats prone to cracking. Not a expensive job

I'm not a mechanic, fluid is all lost. Can I drive it again if keep trying to top up.

All depending on how bad the leak is and how far you have to go. If it's dribbling and not far it's OK, but for piece of mind get it recovered as it's cheaper than a engine.
