Plastic cover underneath

Does anyone know what the plastic cover is on the underside just near the side door step, just bought a Revolution conversion to a camper. Bought from this from a dealer, the box is smashed and held together with cable ties, a part number would be great or a least a name for it

If you have a Search there’s plenty of content on the under trays and heat shields inc’ part numbers, hard to identify which one in your photo.
If you bought it from a dealer they obviously know it’s been cable tied back together (bodged), I would be writing an email (record keeping) to get a cost free resolution.
From your photo the chassis looks very rusty, how old is the van / has it been kept near the sea or estuary?

That cable hanging down is giving me the heeby-geebies.

Looks like you have an H&R anti roll bar on there, which is nice

If the shocks are matched to it then its very nice indeed.

If you've just bought it from a dealer you should return it and get them to replace the panel.

Thanks, I have already sent the dealer pictures on WhatsApp and explained the state of it. Yes I thought it had excessive rust too, it’s a 2019 T28 van conversion (former Avis vehicle I later found out) I have a customer who has a pit and a vehicle lift, will get it down to his place, remove as much rust as possible and hammerite it all unless there is a better way.

Rust? Previous ownership by a hire company not disclosed? Damaged panels below? Id be looking at rejecting it.

Bit late for that I’m afraid, already parted with my savings:-(
Do some quick online research on rejecting a car, even if you want to keep it it’s worth knowing and it may help you confidently get a repair from the dealer.
If the repair is no good and the defect was discovered within the first six months of ownership you may still have a chance of rejecting it.

Consumer rights are there to be used.

If you're within 30 days chuck the keys back at them and walk away.
