Phone issue

Why do I have such poor phone quality/interference whilst using phone on Bluetooth. I can hear the conversation ok but
Person at other end says it terrible. This only happens whilst engine is running.
I've tried unplugging everything but nothing helps.
Any help on this would be great.
I've heard of a microphone setting which alters the outside noise but I can't find it.

@Pauly is having the same problem I believe. Possible electrical interference maybe?

Yes people I talk to often say the sound is not good, tried Bluetooth and CarPlay and on mine it seems to sporadically effect both
