I'm having a problem with the passenger side of the Rainbow 8.2 upgrade kit I've fitted to the front of the van. If I turn the stereo up even slightly loud the speakers on this side cut out. The only way to sort it is disconnect the OEM plug from the socket in the door that I've fitted to feed the crossover.
Any ideas?
It's like it has an overload protection or something.
I've tried plugging the original speaker back in and that works fine for as load as you like.
